Keebler's parent company is Kelloggs. They have many of my favorite childhood favorites such as Rice Krispies and Corn Flakes (added my own sugar to make Frosted Flakes). I believe Keebler had an indecent with their peanut products. I know they were in the news but I can't remember what the issue was?

Keebler is a Nabisco product. They were bought by Nabisco ("North Atlantic Biscuit Company") back in 1957 and have been run by them ever since. Nabisco was briefly a part of Alcoa.

Keebler Foods Company was incorporated as a company in 1927 as the United Biscuit Company of America. It is the second largest cookie manufacturer in the United States. It is majority owned by Flowers Industries, Inc. It's relationship to Nabisco and Kelloggs is merely as a competitor.
