There are plenty of things. Chicken, beef, rice, low sodium broth, and even your dogs medicine if he refuses to take it from your hand. Just use the lean cuts of meat.

One can add, chicken, turkey, and beef. Do not add any of these meats raw, cook them first. Hame products are fine as well.

Commercially available pet foods nowadays are formulated to provide complete nutrition for our companion animals. If you feel that your pet would benefit from providing additional sources of protein, I would recommend consulting with your veterinarian for the proper way to do this.

You can add many different kinds of meat to your dog's dry food. Lamb and chicken would be my first two choices - these proteins are very digestible for dogs. Beef is okay, too. I would cook the meat prior to adding to the food.

You should save the other animals and only feed the dog vegetarian food.
