Weight Watchers is better. Nutrisystem requires you to buy their meals, which means that you can never go off of it and maintain a healthy weight. While Weight Watches sells food, their system teaches you how to eat healthy anywhere; thus, it is more likely that you will stay thin.

i think that nutrisystem is a better diet plain because they have meal planes that help you make the right choices on what you should be eating. it also help guide you in the right direction so you can see the right results.

Nutrisystem is very expensive and contains a lot of preserved and packaged food. The taste is just not the same as real food. On the weight watchers system, you get to eat real food with real nutrition.

Neither program is. Your best bet to lose weight is to follow the food pyramid and eat only the exact amount per day. You also need to follow up with an exercise routine as well. I followed pyramid and exercised 20 minutes every day and lost 100 pounds.

I believe Weight Watchers is the better diet plan. It is designed to teach you how to eat normal food, in healthy portions. Because of this, more long-term goals can be met. Being on Nutrisystem does not teach you how to properly eat normal foods, so it will be more to difficult to maintain long term weight loss.

Weight Watchers is a better diet plan. It is easy to follow and can be followed when you are out at a restaurant or on vacation. It is a plan for life and you can each anything you want as long as you use moderation.

I believe that Weight Watchers is the better of the two. The meetings allow you to interact and compare notes with others in a very supportive environment.
