Style is subjective, so a stylish person in Germany might not look stylish in Poland. However, the fashion world usually turns to France for fashion trends. That's also where they typically unveil new fashions.

The Anholt City Brands Index surveyed 18,000 people from 18 countries. Cities were judged on lifestyle, buzz, multiculturalism, cultural life, attractiveness,climate and weather, pollution and the physical attractiveness of buildings and parks. According to that survay,top most ten stylish countries are, Sydney,Rome; Barcelona, Spain, Melbourne,Berlin, Amsterdam,and Madrid.

I've traveled quite a bit. I don't think all the people of one country can be considered under one label. In terms of style, the people of Paris (France) and Rome (Italy) have left me feeling like a ragamuffin. Great style everyday.

i might just be japan if you go to tokyo even guys look handsome their fashion sense if almost perfect i mean perfect you can go out and spot anyone with improper clothing i think there would rarely be any. they also got good fashion stores the providing good clothes

Definitely it is Sweden. People in Baltic states (Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania) also looks stylish, but no so many, like Swedish.

Italy and France. Least stylish are British, and most of the East European countries, Russia, Borat land, etc
