Which California beaches should I put at the top of my list?

This depends on what you want to do on the beach. The best surfing beach is Surf City USA, Huntington Beach. You can also swim and sun. Further north are the beaches of Santa Cruise and Santa Barbara. The most natural beaches are Sonoma Coast beaches. These are not sun or swimming beaches. Malibu's beaches are famous because of moviestars.

California has many wonderful beaches. The top two on my list include Venice Beach because it's just a hot place to be and Redondo Beach because of all the activities.

Santa Cruz and Malibu beaches offer a variety of activities from surfing to sun bathing, body building to building sand castles. They are a great choice for any vacationer.

My top 3 California beaches include Mermaid beach in Bodega Bay, Monterey beach in Monterey, and Pismo beach near San Luis Obispo.
