The interior set of the Scarface mansion was housed at Universal Studios Hollywood on stage 12. This sound stage was also home to the Jurassic Park sets.

The mansion that served as Tony Montana's center of operations in Oliver Stone's Scarface is a real place--but oddly enough, it isn't located in Florida. Actually, it's located in Montecito, California, and is better known as the El Fureidis (Little Paradise) Estate, a Mediterranean villa built by architect Bertram Goodhue. It is not open to the public.

Though many people believe the mansion used in the movie "Scarface" is located in Miami, Florida, the actual Tony Montana home is located in Montecito, California (which is just east of Santa Barbara).

I have no idea where the real Scarface mansion is. I have not seen the movie and so I cannot say that I know the answer. If I had to guess, I would say that it would be in New York City, New York, but I am not sure. I have heard that Scarface was a good movie.
