Open the hood up.You will need to take the fan shroud out.The serpentine belt is located towards the front of the engine.Between the alternator and main pulley.Next to the belt is a little bolt. That is were the bolt will be.It is actually, it is a automatic tension pulley. The size of the bolt will be either 9/16or a 5/8.

The tensioner pulley is located on an arm in the center of the belt. It will not have a bolt but a square hole to put a ratchet into

It is not actually a bolt. It is rather an automatic tension pulley. It is located underside of the engine. It looks like a simple two inch cylindrical tin can.
