Where is the idle air control located on a Dodge Stratus?

Well not knowing the year I can't be to specific. Typically it is mounted on top or to the side of the intake opening close to the throttle blade.

it is on the side of the throttle body with a plug going to it and has 2 screws holding it in. if your idle is messed up don't change that first, get new spark plugs they have to be champion platum and new wires. fixed my 2005 stratus
