Where is the ABS module location on a 2000 GMC?

On most of these trucks you can find the ABS module on the side of the dashboard by the door. However this is not standard in all GMC trucks. So you may be better off looking on the GMC website for the PDF download of the manual for your GMC truck.

The ASB module on a 2000 gmc is located right behind the breaks and behind the wheel bearing were there should be a wire, theres like a outlit were the wire plugs in to.

The abs module is located on the master cylinder. This would be true for most GMC models in the year 2000. There should be a line directly from it to the fuse box.

1.Driver's front is Middle of the steering Wheel. 2.Right front passenger's ABS is in the instrumental panel on the passenger's side. 3.Driver's side ABS is in side of the driver's seatback closest to the door. 4.Right side front passenger's side impact ABS is in the side of the passenger's seatback closest to the door.
