There are several places. Try Malachi 3:8 - 10; Leviticus 27:30; Numbers 18:26; Deuteronomy 14:24; and 2 Chronicles 31:5. 1 Corinthians 16:2 doesn't mention tithing specifically, but seems to be about the same topic. The biggest question is about whether tithing is a commandment for Christians, or something done away with by Jesus fulfilling the old law.

The Bible talks about tithing in the book of Malachi. The Lord says He is withholding blessing from the people because they rob Him by withholding their tithes.
