Somewhere public where you can talk casually and where you can both feel comfortable, lunch or dinner but nowhere too fancy. Maybe in addition to a fun activity like bowling, skating, or pub trivia - depending what you're both into.

That all depends on your age and what kind of things you like to do. A safe bet is dinner and a movie, it is always good to go somewhere that will allow the two of you to have the opportunity to talk and get to know one another. You could also try a walk in the park

Movies would be the safest and afterwards you can hit up a local joint that serves really great food. Amusement parks,clubs, sports game, high dine in restaurants- depends on taste.

There is no right answer for this, but take her somewhere in which you can get to know her better, where she'll feel comfortable and safe, and have fun.
