Where do you find floor cushions?

I best thing would be to use bean bag chair cushions, or outdoor cushions. They can easily be stacked in the corner when not in use.

If you are referring to carpet padding, it is very easy to get from a local carpet store; generally they will have scraps hanging around from jobs that just won't work for an installation and should be free or next to nothing to obtain from them. If you want mats, a carpet store can help you with that as well.
