Where do you change an electronic flasher for a '98 Chevy Lumina?

You have to remove the air bag module from the steering wheel first. Then remove to steering wheel to get to the switch.

You're best bet is probably Ebay. They don't make the electronic flasher for the '98 model year anymore. There was one aftermarket company from China that started making them, but I haven't seen them around many places. In general, Chevy stops supporting it's old models with parts after 10 years.
