Obama comes from very big Texas oil money on his mother's side, from Kenyan oil money on his biological father's side (with a big connection to Kenyan political leaders) and from a big oil family in Indonesia on his Stepfather (adopted father? ) side. Combined with that both he and his wife have worked in their fields and made money.
