Makeup was created by ancient Egyptian people. They used all natural substances like dirt, plants and other natural materials to create new looks for themselves. Remember how in all of the old photos and paintings Egyptians had on eyeliner? They obviously made their own because there was definitely no such thing as cosmetic lines back then!
