There are many places that you can go and get your colors done. In the mall at a makeup counter is on of the places. Another option is to contact your local mary kay or avon agent and meet with them for them to help you pick your colors according to your skin tone and eye color.

My ex-wife and my sister used to get this done at the makeup counter at the local Nordstrom's. Oddly enough, they would come home with different colors assigned to them ostensibly in accordance with the season. My current wife had recently had her colors done at the makeup counter at Macy's.
