They have them on Soapnet all the time. Usually, they play late at night and are repeats of the ones previously on in the day on abc. They are also on Hulu, which also has previous episodes just in case you need to catch up, that's in case you didn't know.

If you work during the day and are missing your favorite soap, then check out the cable channel SoapNet. They run various soaps, including General Hospital, in the evening hours.
