the only semi permanent tattoos are either henna tattoos or 1-3 day temporary transfers, henna tattoos are usually done on stalls at a beach or special events

There aren't very many options for semi permanent tattoos. Probably the best way to go would be to get a henna tattoo or purchase a henna kit and give yourself a henna tattoo.

If you want a semi-permanent tattoo. The best bet is to go somewhere that gives henna tattoos, They basically put a stencil on your skin and use a henna ink and spray over the stencil. I have seen this done in malls, carnivals, fairs but if you are a decent artist places like spencers and hot topic sell henna tattoo kits.

Look for a place that does henna tattoos. They have the look of a real tattoo, but are temporary. I have seen then at state fairs.

Yes you can, at fairs and carnivals they somtimes offer tattoos in henna ink. it will stain your skin but fade with time. Henna is an indian tradition. Another good place to look would be at tattoo conventions, some of these events offer airbrushed tattoos these wont last as long as henna but they look more like a real tattoo.

I think your talking about "Henna" is a semi permanent type of tattoo its made from all natural dyes and it lasts approx 2 weeks depending on how often you wash the area. Look for them in your local tourist area, they seem to be very popular where visitor gather. Your local tattoo artist can also use the temp outline

The notion of a semi-permanent tattoo is a rumor, unless of course you mean temporary tattoos or henna. Henna is a natural dye that is used to make designs on the skin. You can usually find someone to give you a Henna Tattoo at festivals or fairs, you can buy Henna and do it yourself or have a friend help you!
