Your lease should have information about the owner of the property. Otherwise, the property manager should be able to tell you. Failing that, you can call the tax assessor or the city clerk's office and ask if someone can help you over the phone. If not, you will have to visit the appropriate office and look it up yourself.

Contact the leasing agent or landlord who collects the rent from you each month - they should have the name and contact information of the actual owner of the development. You can also try contacting your county's registry of deeds to see if they can help you - real estate transactions are a matter of public record.

Any tittle company could supply you that information. Local City government could also provide you with assessment records for the property. Local state and county property tax roles is another way to find out the owner's information. The website for local governments has the address, parcel number and name of the property owner.
