The first place to find blank bumper stickers would be to look at a place that makes signs. Usually a store that tints car windows.

You can get them from anywhere. You can buy them from a craft shop. Or if you want to get them for cheap then the best place to get them is ebay.

I'm not sure if anybody makes plain bumper stickers, but you may be able to get some custom made if you have certain slogans in mind. You can try a store that custom prints t-shirts or similar items, or search online to find a company that makes them. This may be expensive, however, or require a bulk order.

You can easily order them online from places like northernsun. com, amazon. com, or discountschoolsupply. com. If you do not wish to deal with ordering online or want them faster, I suggest trying a local craft store. You can also probably find blank bumper stickers at art stores such as Pearl Paint or Michael's.
