Where can I find replace auto molding clips?

Usually any parts store will carry a variety of interior and exterior molding clips. If you cannot find what you need at an aftermarket parts store than you will have to go to the dealer to find them.

You can try your local Advance Autoparts or Autozone. They stock some popular trim clips. Otherwise you can check local collision part centers or go on the internet. If it is an older car there may be catalogs available with the correct clips.
