PUK code or Personal unblocking Code is unique to every SIM card.The only way to get your PUK code is by contacting Vodafone customer care. Don't try to guess the code. If entered incorrectly for ten times your SIM gets blocked for ever.

PUK Code (Personal Unblocking Codes) a feature of the sim card and the code is with the service provider. If you enter the security code incorrectly for more than 3 times, then the phone asks for the PUK code. If you enter the PUK code incorrectly more than 10 times than possible chances are that you damage your sim card.

When you buy a new SIM card, on the jacket of the sim card your PUK code is mentioned. If you have lost that, go to your nearest Vodafone outlet.
