Finding client service for netware is relatively easy. First go the the start menu. From there move to setting and then to control panel. Next stop is network connections and then local area connections. You will find a list of protocols there. find netware and click on install or remove. You are done

This is provided by Microsoft. Contact Microsoft to see if you can install the program right from home or if you need to take it into a service center.

Netware is just a another name for shareware. You won't be able to find client services because it is a free program.

On Windows, you need to 'install' a new networking adapter, with 'client' for the component type, and then search for the 'Client Service for NetWare' entry.
