Ocelot's are considered an exotic animal so the only way to find one is to deal with an exotic animal breeder. Check websites where private dealers will have listings.

Ocelots can be found in a special farm, but hunting of these animals are banned. Breeders may also advertise ocelots for sale. They may also refer you to other ocelot breeders. There are several sites that advertise ocelot kittens as well as ocelot adults. They are also very very pricey.
