The school counselor might have some ADHD bahevior charts, or they would be able to direct you to someone who would. Another option would be to talk to your childs physician.

Start out by looking and doing research online and you may also want to go to your local library as well to find some of these charts for ADHD and the behaviours that maybe listed as well. To find this information you may want to try asking your child's doctor..

ADHD behavior charts can be given to you by a doctor or youth counselor. They can also be found on psychology websites for children.

Charts can be very helpful for a child with ADHD, anything that helps them focus. You can easily make them yourself, just decide on what tasks need to done. What will the reward for doing that task will be and what the consequence will be if it is not done.
