Usually it is situated at the FRONT of the Computer Case somewhere. To find it, see below and/or around where your DVD/CD Drives are situated. In some newer cases it is a small (usually round or oval) button situated on the top of the computer case. Alternatively, you can shut down the PC from the task bar.
