Mares (female horses) have "teats". They are located up between the hind legs. Look under the belly, towards the hind legs, and you'll see the mares udder and teats.

A mare has two nipples on her udder, between the hind legs. The nipples are about the size/shape as a fingertip. They are the same color as the udder.
