In human relationships, when you act uninterested in someone, they usually become more interested in you because of the whole theory of "playing hard to get. " Lots of people think this does not work. However, most people tend to like it because it presents some sort of a challenge to them.

Sometimes men like to be the pursuer. When he didn't hear from you, and wanted to, he knew he had to take some action. So he called!

He started calling you because men have a complex with wanting a woman as soon as they stop showing interest in them. It keeps them wondering.
