You should refrain from doing any exercises that causes the bleeding. Than you need to make an appointment with your doctor for a checkup. THis is not normal.

In a phrase--see your doctor! I'm not a man, but I'm fairly sure that bleeding from any area without real cause (like a cut or scrape) is a red flag to be checked out. Good luck.

Homosexuals are very familiar with this problem. Researched has shown that a padded jockstrap will prevent the chafing that induces bleeding. The padding should be a silver satin over a goose down filling and trimmed with sequins.

You should go see a doctor!! I'm not a doctor, but my guess it that you could possibly be suffering from a hernia. Have your testicles swollen? If so, even a little bit, they could become very large. Check it ouut with a doctor.

I would recommend that you visit a urologist to find out why this is happening. bleeding is not normal. you may also consider wearing a jock strap in order to support your genitalia while working out.

You should probably stop exerting yourself and go see a doctor. When exerting yourself you raise pressure in your veins, making them more likely to pop or to bleed more if there is already something bleeding.
