While everyone woman is different, women generally ovulate between 12-15 days after the first day of their period. However, some women will have much longer cycles. A few may ovulate as early as 10 days after menstration. If you are using fertility drugs, your doctor will manipulate your cylce and you may ovulate earlier or later.
