To find your most fertile days, track your periods so you know when you ovulate. Ovulation happens fourteen days before your period comes. Figure out your cycle by tracking it for two months. Then subtract fourteen days from the day your next period should start, and that's when you should be ovulating. Ovulation is when you are fertile.

They are two days before and two days after ovulation. On a normal 28 day period cycle, this would be days 12-16 because you would ovulate on day 14. I have something called cycle beads that help you count your cycle days so you know when you are fertile.

Your most fertile day would be your ovulation, considered day 14 of a normal cycle, counting the first day of menses as day 1, assuming your cycle lasts exactly 28 days. A rough estimate would be to take the length of your normal cycle and divide by 2. The 2 days before and after the day of ovulation is prime.

Your most fertile days are when your body ovulates(usually 14 days before your next due period). The second most fertile is 2 days before you ovulate and 1 day after.

You most fertile time will be about 6-12 hours before you ovulate and up to forty eight hours after you ovulate. A good way to tell when you are ovulating is to use an ovulation predictor kit. You can buy them at the drug store. All you will need to do is urinate on a stick.

Your most fertile time is supposed to be two weeks before your period is due. Some women have the span of about three days.

Your most fertile days will be those on which you are ovulating. This varies from month to month, and numerous factors play into it. Your menstrual cycle is just one of them. The best way to tell for sure is to buy ovulation testing kits (which are inexpensive and available at any drug store) and use them.

Your most fertile days will be twenty four hours before, during, and six hours after ovulation. If you're not sure when this is, there are several ways to tell. You can buy an ovulation kit. All you do is pee on a stick, and it will change colors prior to ovulation. You can also monitor basal temperature.
