What's the medical term for veins sticking out of your head?

My aunt has this condition very badly.

There really is no medical term for veins that are sticking out of your head. They can be treated, though, depending on where they are on the head. Stress and overexertion has damaged them.

It is called varicose veins and can occur anywhere on the body. Unsightly veins are usually harmless but could also be from health conditions such as high cholesterol or embolus.

There really isn't a medical term other than cephalic varicose veins. Varicose veins are more common on the extremeties but can happen on the head.

Veins protruding from any part of the skin on the body are usually called varicose veins. Supposedly they can use lasers to get rid of them.
