What's the difference between the Maclaurin Series and the Taylor Series?

My text refers to both. I don't know which one I'm supposed to be using.

There really isn't much of a difference. A Maclaurin Series is simply Taylor Series which has been centered at zero.

With a Taylor series, you can approximate an analytic function in a neighbourhood of c, in a Maclaurin series the point c is supposed to be 0.
