In my experience with weave, you have to treat it like your own. So if you have human hair extensions, try using Pantene's Relaxed and Natural. It softens the hair and gives if a lusterous shine. If you have a synthetic weave, try using Wig Shine. It works great.

For taking care of your hair weave, you will want to use a salon quality shampoo and conditioner. Less expensive brands contain more detergent as opposed to conditioners and could potentially dry out your weave. Try brands like Nexxus or Biolage or ask your hair dresser for recommendations. Using a conditioner that you can spray on will help too.

Biolage works wonders for my hair but ruined my weave and I had virgin hair. Pantene is good for weaves but causes my natural hair to shed but look shiny. A stylist told me that pantene only coats the hair to appear healthy when its not as healthy as itooks  add a comment

Hair weave can be washed exactly like natural hair. Synthetic hair weave should be washed with a ph friendly salon quality shampoo. The best shampoos for human hair weave is Dove or Pantene shampoos and conditoners. However with any type of weave it is good to have a professional wash it as they can see it better than you can.

Salon shampoo is best to be used to clean a hair weave. These shampoos will not lather up as much and will make it easy to wash your hair. You can use salon brands such as Redkin and Nexus. Alternatively you can go to the salon itself and get your hair washed.

A hair weave being made of human hair can be used just as you would with your own. A good shampoo would be something mild, just to keep the hair weave clean. A normal conditioner would help keep the weave soft.

The best shampoo is natural and it is called amazon. It contains keratin proteins that will sort out the weave in no time. You can also use any form of sunsilk.

I recommend using a clarfying shampoo. Isoplus plus any of the cheap Suaves or VO5 claryfying shampoos work really well! Be sure to limit the amount of washing with shampoo to about once every 1-2 weeks. If you every feel itchy between then just rinse with conditioner.

The Best Shampoo for a hair weave is Sauve, actually the other thing I would suggest is to not wash it at all, but that is up to you of course

The best shampoo for a hair weave is anything that is made for dry hair. You could also go to a salon and have them shampoo your hair for you, but that gets expensive. As long as you use the shampoo for dry hair you should be fine. If you are ever unsure of what you use ask a stylist.

Pantene is pretty good... I usually use that in conjunction with Creme of Nature shampoo and leave-in conditioner.... after that, I use John Frieda Frizz-ease straightener & blow dry & wrap in a silk scarf.
