B1 can be found in many whole grains and in whole wheat flour. Avoid bleached flour, as the bleaching process strips out many of the nutrients. Brown rice, whole grain rye, oatmeal, and sunflower seeds are similarly rich in B1. Asparagus, potatoes, oranges, kale, liver, and eggs are also good choices.

Thiamine hydrochloride is maybe more know by the name Vitamin B1. Most commonly it's found in whole grain cereal, which is the best source of it, because it's not high valued in calories. It's also found in pork and yeast, which are two of the most highly concentrated sources. Some other foods are oatmeal, asparagus, potatoes, oranges, liver and eggs.
