The two most common possibilities in this situation would be tuberculosis, or pneumonia, specifically a form of pneumonia that strikes people with impaired immune systems. This form of pneumonia is called pneumocystis carinii pneumonia or PCP and it is caused by a fungal infection that is harmless to most people who do not have AIDS.

It is impossible to tell what it means without an examination by a doctor. However, it could easily be an opportunistic infection. This could be quite dangerous and turn into pneumonia. Of course, it could also just be allergies. Only a doctor can tell, but it is important to get it checked out.
