What would cause numbness in your toes?

There can be several causes for numb toes. The most common causes are diabetic neuropathy, frostbite, nerve injury, or multiple sclerosis. If numbness presists see your doctor.

This can be a sign of diabetes. It can also just be poor circulation. A lot of times when sitting a certain way you can cut off blood flow.
