What would cause a pimple on my eye?

A pimple on the eye is similar to any other pimple.Pimple are caused by a type of buildup of bacteria and your level of pain is probably due to the sensitivity of the skin in the area.

Honestly it sounds like you probably have some sort of eye infection and that is why that happened. I suggest you put some ice on your eye and hopefully that goes away over some time and get plenty of rest you don't want the thing to grow. I know it hurts.

Most of the time pimples are caused by excess oil on the skin. Try putting a warm rag on the area to relieve the pain.

You can get a pimple on your eye just like you can on your face. It's is just a clogged pore and can most of the time be healed by using warm compresses.
