What works for employee morale motivation?

Employees need to feel that they are appreciated for the time and work they put into a job everyday. Even the simplest act such as letting an employee know that they did a good job, or just thanking them for their effort will go a long way if heard everyday.

One things to keep up morale is to compliment. Some managers only criticize because they want to improve the business, but without compliments, employees become unsatisfied with their job and especially with their boss. Another thing is rewards. Reward employees for particularly fantastic jobs. This will motivate them to keep doing good and motivate others.

Allow employees to have open conversations with you and effectively listen to their suggestions and concerns. Respond respectfully. Set obtainable goals and give praise when they are reached.

Employee morale motivation can be achieved by telling your employee they are doing a great job; rewarding above and beyond work with day off, or giving cash reward for work.
