There are many utility packages. From Kaspersky Security, G-Data Security, Norton Security and even AVG Internet Security you have many options. I personally like Kaspersky Internet Security, it's easy to use, doesn't take up much computer resources and updates easy. AVG is nice if you don't want to spend a lot of money, the free version is just as good.

The best utility packages for preventing spyware, trojans and viruses are G-Data Internet Security, Kaspersky Internet Security and Symantec Norton Internet Security.

Personal/Corporate versions available.Kaspersky internet security,Symantec,TrendMicro,ESET NOD32,BITDEFENDER,Norton,AVG,Webroot,GData,Avira, Vipre, AVAST,Quick Heal,Panda security, ESCAN antivirus toolkit,cloud antivirus, Mcafee,PCTools,Windows Defender from Microsoft. Free versions are also available.

There are a list of utility software packages available on google. I'd go with microsoft any other day of the week.
