This is quite a specialized specialty. This is called a paediatric orthopedist. There may also be a need to study bone growth, so that specialist is a paediatric endocrinologist. There may be need to study bone cancer, so that is a pediatric oncologist. Most of these doctors are found in large cities with university hospitals.

A pediatric orthopedist is going to be the first stop. Depending on the origin of the disease other specialists may need to be consulted such as a pediatric metabolic specialist, a pediatric geneticist, a pediatric oncologist, or a pediatric neurologist.

A pediatric orthopedic doctor would study bone disorders in children - an orthopedic doctor is a doctor who specializes in bone disorders and conditions and a pediatrician is a doctor who specializes in children's medicine therefore a doctor who specializes in both subjects would be qualified to specifically treat child bone disorders.
