The typical climate for the Tibet Plateau is that is it pretty dry with little rainfall through out the whole year

It has a moderate climate. Unlike the mountains of Tibet the plateau region of the country has more of a moderate climate. This is because it is not extremely close to any equators. The shape of the land is also a cause of this climate. Though it can get rather chilly and extremely hot.

It is actually a very cold climate there. It is very windy from time to time and it also snows a lot on top of the mountains as well just to let you know.

It is a high altitude steppe that has a temperature range of -4 degrees Celsius to -40 degrees Celsius. It receives 10 to 30cm of rain, mostly hail each year.

It has dry cold winter and mild warm summer.The plataeu has different climatic condition as an increse in the altitude.In the foot hlls it has dry winter and hot summer with less rainfall.In the hieght of 4000mt summer is also like winter and at 5000mt extremely cold condition prevails where no life is possible,Only cone foresst.
