The best thing to do is to get a new head and install it. Rather than trying to bore it out and clean it up it will be less expensive to just replace it. Make sure you have the correct torque settings because if it is too tight it will make a knocking sound once you have finished.

One big tip: Take it to someone who knows what they're doing. A cylinder head repair is a long involved process that involves specialized tools and skills. At the very least you have to tear down the entire engine and rebuild it. Have it done by a qualified machinist.

Biggest tip I can give you is take it to a machinist and have it done for you. Most problems with a head require machine tools that if you had, you wouldn't ask for tips. If you have the tools and skills to remove the engine or the head from the vehicle, you'll save the machinist time and money.

My advice is to replace it with a new one as this might be more economical for you rather than repairing it.
