Usually its asthma, allergies, or coughing. Mycosis is also known to be casued by mold, the symptoms are cough, fever, muscle aches, chills, like the flu but this flu wont end till hyou get out of the area with the mold.

Symptoms of diseases caused by mold allergies are sneezing, running nose, blocked nose, coughing, postnasal drip. itching eyes and nose also throat, Dark circle under the eyes, allergic salute (persistent upward nose rubbing)

I would imagine that mold would definitely cause pulmonary problems in the form of difficulty breathing or wheezing. Allergic reactions such as itchy eyes and contact dermatitis would also be fairly common. Skin lesions, itchy skin, coughing and sneezing may also indicate contact with some form of mold. Sinus problems might also occur.
