Don't wash your underwear and wear your jersey. It worked for me the night the Saints beat the Falcons.

In bowling, I've always enjoyed shooting invisible darts from an imaginary blow gun in my hand. It messes the other guy up every time.

When my favorite football teams, Texas Tech's Red Raiders, are on television so that I can actually watch the game and aren't doing very well, I stop watching. I don't get to watch very often, so I figure I must be bad luck. It almost always works. I stop watching and they pull it out and win.

The superstition in particular I have about helping my team win is that there is a collective unconscious, that humanity has a collective dream which manifests itself in the world. Therefore it is important that I view my team honestly, see it for what it is, so that the dream can unfold as I desire.

I try not to cheer too much or talk too much about the team before the game. I don't want to jinx them. I also never go to a game in person because in the past when I would go to a game they would always lose.
