To find good clothes at a great price I suggest Goodwill. The key is to be willing to sort through alot to get a little. The bigger cities also have a better quality of clothes, some even new still with tags.
My favorite is Wet seal. They always have sales and you can find 70 percent off most off the clothes. Also, they have sales like when you buy 1 item from clearance item, second one is 1 cent.
