A playroom floor can take a beating, so look for something that is durable and easy to clean. Home Improvement centers should carry a variety of brands and styles.

A trip to your local home improvement store would work well. Most tiles should work, I usually find that they need some extra adhesive. Apply a thin coat to a well-cleaned floor before sticking them down, and don't walk on it for a day or so after application.
