Several spices in the Mrs. Dash seasonings line include paprika, black pepper, onion and tomato. Chili peppers and red bell peppers also add much flavor to many foods like burgers, chicken, pasta and steak. Mrs. Dash's original seasoning blend contains black pepper, parsley, celery seed, basil, bay, marjoram, oregano, savory, thyme, cayenne pepper, coriander, cumin, mustard, rosemary, garlic, carrot, orange peel, tomato, lemon juice powder and amazingly no salt!

The issue with Mrs. Dash is not what is in it. The issue is what is NOT in it, and that would be salt. Mrs. Dash supplies the seasoning kick that salt-free diets normally lack. The dash products use a huge range of seasonings. You just have to try them.

There are many different spices used in Mrs. Dash seasonings depending on the flavor you buy. They are al salt free and there are numerous kinds for instance the lemon seasoning has Lemon seasoning and lemon pepper in it as well, another kind is a garlic herb blend. There is a Mrs. Dash seasoning out there for almost every taste.

There are many types of Mrs. Dash. The original version includes a lot of spices (and herbs) including: basil, black & cayenne pepper, celery seed, coriander, cumin, marjoram and rosemary.
