What should you look for when buying indoor soccer shoes?

How well do they fit is the most important, and whether or not they have sufficient traction for the turf.

Depending on age of the player and the playing surface one one should look for comfort mainly and grip secondly. Rubber treads are the best for non-synthetic fields.

Indoor soccer shoes should have a comfortable fit as well as a rubbery grip. They should have a firmer heel as well for making solid heel passes. Indoor soccer shoes should not have too much support, thus allowing your foot to be sensitive to ball touches, increasing accuracy of dribbling.

You should buy a shoe according whether you will be playing on an artificial turf surface or a court as the sole of the shoes is different for each surface.

With an older turf style, a shoe that has a smooth bottom will work. The newer style a smooth bottom will be fine but some little spikes will be fine.

If the surface is field turf the Adidas Mundial Team Turf is best. However, if the surface is a gym floor the best shoe is the Adidas Samba Millennium.

Unlike outdoor soccer shoes, you do not need cleats. You basically need good ankle support and a good non-marking sole. Umbro shoes are usually a good brand

Unless your daughter's feet have finished growing I would avoid the very expensive shoes as you'll have to replace them soon. Additionally make sure she can run comfortably in them.

If the floor is made from wood it will be very slipery. Also your foot should feel comfortable when you wearing them.A good pair will help you shoot without pain.

Indoor soccer shoes should necessarily have nice soles which should not only provide comfort but also a solid grip from the ground. They should provide speed too.

Indoor soccer shoes are different than outdoor shoes because they do not contain cleats but do have the extra padding on the top. I recommend going to your local sports store for purchase.

Most importantly they need to be comfortable and NOT too big. Smaller is better. Look for a shoe that has slightly cushioned sole.
