What should I know before my goats give birth?

Well to be honest let them do what they need to do. They will know what to do when the times comes. I would say just be there and try to comfort it when it is giving birth. Maby have some blankets to help clean off the babies and help the babies find there ways to there moms.

Realistically you shouldn't need to help. Mother Nature and Mama Goat have handled this process for a very long time. It would be good to have fresh water available and a dry, safe place for them to be during and after the process. Mama Goat may want to eat too, so have food close enough, but out of the way.
